On Friday, Sept. 30th Amy joined the Norman High Staff to present this month’s “Teacher Feature”! There were MANY nominations and it was a tough decision!! After much thought – the winner was BRUCE RENFROE!! These were the kind things that were said about Bruce:
“I’ve never seen Freshman like that at a high school assembly. That was all Bruce.”
“Bruce has done SO MUCH for for the new freshmen class. At the pep-assembly, the freshmen were amazing! More impressive, the students cleaned up afterward! Bruce is teaching these kids the true meaning of citizenship, scholarship, and character!”
*Bruce has been an essential part of the new Freshmen Academy team and has invested a lot of time and work into its development. He has led the team well and always has great, positive, meaningful relationships with students.
He encouraged the freshmen to show up with the most spirit to the assembly and they most certainly did!
