Rachel has held the fort down all through COVID and even did so while working from home for a few months! She has been able to juggle a large workload and balance everything even with her daughter’s virtual school schedule. She never calls into work and has impeccable attendance.
I like to call her “MacGyver” as she is very good at troubleshooting and fixing things ???? She’s also really good at bouncing ideas off of and figuring out solutions to problems.
