How much does it cost to clean my home?
No two homes—or clients—are exactly alike! You can easily book a basic cleaning here, and customize it with deeper cleaning add-ons as needed. If your home has special circumstances or doesn't seem to fit within our online quoting tool, just give us a call at 405.928.8535. We'll help you find the perfect plan to bring out your home's sparkle.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Prefer to pay by cash or check? No problem—as long as we have a credit card on file for backup. Payment is always due at the time of service.
How do you ensure my billing information is secure and confidential?
Your security matters to us. All payments are processed through our secure client portal, backed with bank-level encryption.
Do you offer gift cards or Chick Certificates?
Absolutely! A sparkling home (and a little peace of mind) makes the perfect gift for:

What's included in a basic cleaning?
Our basic cleaning is perfect for routine upkeep and keeping your home feeling fresh. It includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas. We focus on visible surfaces and high-traffic areas to keep things sparkling. (Think: the everyday stuff that makes a big difference!) You can see details on our checklist.
What's the difference between a basic and deep cleaning?
A basic clean keeps things tidy. A deep clean goes… well, deeper. Deep cleaning includes detailed work like hand-wiping baseboards, hand-wiping blinds, cleaning door frames, and a fridge detox to name a few. It's the perfect choice for first-time visits, seasonal resets, or when your home needs a little extra love. You can find deep cleaning items here on our checklist. If you are a recurring client you can log into your portal and add any deep cleaning item to your service on a one time basis! You can log into your Portal account here.
What add-on services do you offer?
Need a little extra sparkle in specific spots? We offer a variety of one-time deep cleaning add-ons you can schedule as needed. Just give us at least 48 hours' notice so we can adjust timing and pricing accordingly.

Will my appointment always be at the same time?
Your cleaning will always fall on a consistent day and rotation (like every other Thursday), but exact arrival times may vary depending on traffic, routing, and how long earlier cleanings take.
You'll receive a "Chicks on the Way" text when your crew is en route. This means they have clocked out of the job prior to yours and will be there shortly. Depending on where they are in relation to your home would calculate their approximate arrival time.
If you're someone who loves being first on the list, we offer a VIP Early Bird Elite upgrade for $20 per cleaning. This guarantees you the first appointment of the day—and bonus: a portion of the proceeds goes to support local charities like the Women's Resource Center of Norman. (each quarter we select a different charity).
Want an ETA earlier in the day? Just text us at 405.347.8150 the morning of your cleaning, and we'll be happy to give you a time window.
What holidays are you closed?
We close on major holidays so our Chicks can rest and recharge. These include:
New Year's Day Memorial Day Juneteenth Fourth of July Labor Day Thanksgiving & the Day After Christmas Day
If your cleaning falls on a holiday, we'll reach out in advance to reschedule.
What would prevent you from cleaning my home?
Our safety comes first. We cannot clean homes with:
Active pest infestations Biohazards or bodily fluids Unsafe environments or aggressive pets Excessive clutter that prevents access Mold or chemical exposure
If we encounter any of these, we'll pause service and let you know what needs to be addressed before we can return.
Do I need to be home while you clean?
Not at all! Many of our clients aren't home during their cleanings. Just provide us with access instructions and we'll take it from there. You'll even get a "Chicks on the Way" text when we're headed over!
Do you always send the same team to my home?
We try to keep things consistent, and we know familiarity matters. While we can't guarantee the same Chicks every time (due to time off or schedule changes), all our team members are trained to the same high standards and have access to your customized home notes.
How do I prepare for a cleaning visit?
Help us help you! Please:
Pick up clutter like toys, laundry, and personal items Put away dishes or food items Let us know if anything needs special care or extra attention
The cleaner the canvas, the better the result—and the faster we can get to the good stuff.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel a cleaning?
No problem—just give us a heads up!
Cancellations must be made at least 1 business day in advance to avoid a $50 fee Monday appointments must be canceled by Friday at 3 PM Same-day cancellations or lockouts are charged 50% of the visit cost
We understand life happens—just keep us in the loop!
Do we sign a contract for services?
Nope! We don't lock you into long-term contracts. We believe our quality speaks for itself, and we earn your loyalty through great service, not fine print. You're free to pause, change, or cancel service anytime—just give us 48 hours' notice.
Do you have a refund policy?
While we don't offer refunds, we do guarantee your satisfaction. If something wasn't up to your standards, just let us know within 24 hours and we'll make it right. Your happiness is our priority.
Logistics & Access
A few helpful details to keep your clean running smoothly.
What about parking?
If your home or building requires paid parking, garage access, or has limited street availability, please let us know in advance. Clients are responsible for providing or covering any parking costs.
A smooth arrival helps us start your clean on time and keeps your Chick Crew happy (and ticket-free)!
How will you access my home?
Whether you're home or not, we’ll need a secure way in—garage codes, hidden keys, door codes, or lockboxes all work. Just let us know your preferred method when you book, and we’ll keep it noted on your file.
What if I have an alarm system?
If you’ll be away and have a security system, please be sure to disarm it before your appointment or provide temporary access instructions. We’re happy to follow any steps you need to keep things secure.
Do I need to leave a key?
You’re welcome to! Some clients provide a spare key, while others use keypad entry. If you choose to leave a key with us, it’s kept securely labeled and never includes identifying information.
What if I live in a gated community or building?
Please provide gate codes, buzz-in instructions, or front desk info in advance. If we’re unable to access your home and have to reschedule, lockout fees may apply.
What happens if I forget to leave access?
If we can’t get into your home at the time of your scheduled cleaning (a.k.a. a lockout), we’ll have to charge 50% of the estimated cost of the visit. Our Chicks still need to be paid for their time, even if they can’t clean.

Why use a green cleaning service?

Curious about what we use? We're happy to provide a full list of our products and their contents. Just ask! We keep MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) on file for everything we use, because transparency is part of what makes us truly green.
How is 2GC different when it comes to being green?
We go beyond "greenwashed" marketing. We never use bleach or high-VOC products. Our vacuums have HEPA filters, we use microfiber cloths, and our products are carefully selected to be both safe and effective. We clean with intention—keeping your space clean and conscious.

Do you work around pets?
Yes—we're a pet-loving crew and we're happy to work around your furry family members! That said, for everyone's safety, we ask that all pets be secured during your cleaning.
If your pet is nervous, protective, or has ever shown aggression toward visitors, please make sure they're put away before we arrive. We want to make the experience stress-free for your pet—and safe for our Chicks.
Just let us know any important pet details—like their name, where they'll be during the clean, or anything we should be aware of. We'll make sure your fur baby is respected and your home stays peaceful.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes—we are fully bonded, insured, and licensed. Every Chick on our team passes a background check and drug screening, so you can feel 100% confident welcoming us into your home.

What if something is accidentally broken?
We do our best to clean with care, but if something is accidentally damaged during your service, we'll report it right away and work with you to make it right. If you notice something after the cleaning that we didn't catch, please notify us within 48 hours so we can follow up.
For irreplaceable or sentimental items, we kindly ask that you store them safely before our visit.
If something in your home is already loose, broken, improperly installed, or delicate—like a picture frame that's not secured to the wall, unsealed tile, or a wobbly shelf—please let us know before your appointment so we can take extra caution or avoid the area if needed.

Do you provide the cleaning supplies and equipment?
We sure do! Every Chick Crew arrives with eco-friendly products, HEPA-filter vacuums, and all the tools needed to get the job done right. Prefer we use your vacuum or specialty products? We're happy to—but we can't be responsible for any wear, tear, or damage to client-owned equipment.
